In Church leadership we have a choice to act in evil or goodness; to act with our sinful motives or with what God calls us to, which is far better that we can see in the moment. Let us choose being even better. Who we are will determine what we do. The result will be character. Our growth in Him will make us who we are, which will be the character we present to God and others.
We are His display! We glorify God when we endure with our faith and character-no matter what we might face or experience. The chief purpose for Christians, above all else, is to glorify God.
Our task in the church is to proclaim Christ as Lord, His character, righteousness, peace, and joy, all by the Holy Spirit. We are also to stand against sin, as positive examples and catalysts for transformational lives! This will effectively be the catalyst to build quality, lasting, and effective relationships. We are to showcase our personal identification and relationship to our Lord and Savior!

To create a church of unity, leaders should be grateful to share our kindness and humility in Christ as we display His Glory. So, let us learn and grow, so we can be better at knowing Him and showing Him as we depend on Christ and His Mighty Work in us--empowering us! In this way, we will grow and be a church unified and impacting.
Before we can venture into the "how," we need to ask one key and essential question: Who and what do people see in us? When we share about the Lord to someone, what is that person seeing in us? Our character? Our Fruit? Our personality? Our friendliness? Our love? Our care? Or?
Our task in the church is to understand holiness so we can proclaim Christ--His Lordship as well as His character, righteousness, peace, and joy, all by the Holy Spirit. This will effectively be the catalyst for building a quality, lasting, and effective church.
